ORDER METHODS

 * Order online via this website. Before adding the products to your cart, you
   will be required to upload the photos to be custom made into photo magnets.
   The upload section will guide you to crop according to your preferences.



 * For bulk deliveries, kindly contact us on IG or via the contact form.


DELIVERY & COLLECTION

We are on a quick break! Orders will be processed in early December.


Normally our processing time ⬇️

All orders require 3 - 5 business days for production prior to shipping. Please
be aware that this does not include weekends and holidays.

Delivery times for shipping / collection are estimated to be ready from 12pm on
Saturdays. Subject that orders are made between Mondays - Thursdays. As these
are only estimated times, an email will be sent once orders are ready for
collection / delivery.

We offer to shipping methods:

 * Pick up method - from Box of Cravings [Kiulap] are free.
 * Delivery method - will be subjected to runners fee. Customers are responsible
   for paying delivery charges with runner for orders below $50.






RETURNS

As the products we offer are custom made for you, unfortunately, we are unable
to provide returns.
