our Research and Development (R&D) team. As the Tech Lead, you will play a
pivotal role in driving software development initiatives, leveraging
cutting-edge technologies, and spearheading our cloud-based infrastructure using
AWS services. If you are passionate about software development, possess strong
leadership skills, and have expertise in AWS, DevOps, Flutter, React, databases,
serverless architecture, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

 * Lead a team of talented software developers and guide them in designing,
   developing, and implementing software solutions for various projects.
 * Drive the software development life cycle, including requirements gathering,
   architecture design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and other teams to define
   project goals, scope, and deliverables.
 * Utilize your expertise in AWS services, Lambda API Gateway, RDS, Mongodb,
   DynamoDB, and others, to architect and build scalable and reliable

   React.

 * Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS services, Lambda API
   Gateway, RDS, Mongodb, DynamoDB, and others.
 * Hands on with Typescript and Python
 * Solid understanding of serverless architecture, microservices, and RESTful
   API development.
 * Proficiency in database design and implementation.
 * Strong understanding of DevOps principles and experience with tools like Git.
 * Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to
