Whether you're starting out fresh with new development or looking to refresh an
existing landscape, our team can help. We have experience designing and
installing landscapes, which includes sod installation, garden beds, planting
trees and shrubs, and patio pavers. Our team of landscape contractors understand
the Northeast Ohio climate, and they design landscapes that will work great on

Our popular Commercial Landscape Maintenance Plan is a customized plan created
for each individual property. Maintenance includes lawn mowing, fertilization,
weed control, plant care, pruning, trimming, and other seasonal tasks. This
flexible plan takes the pressure off you so you can enjoy a hassle-free,
well-maintained yard.




SNOW AND ICE MANAGEMENT PLANS FOR NORTHEAST OHIO'S WINTER WEATHER

Because we are a locally owned and operated company, we get the same winter
storms that you do. When the winter season blows in, we put away our lawnmowers
and get out the plows and snow removal equipment! Our heavy-duty equipment
pushes through the heavy snows reliably and efficiently. We recommend our Snow

THE MVP COMMERCIAL LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE AND SNOW MANAGEMENT PROCESS

MVP serves commercial businesses, apartment complexes, HOAs, and private homes
in the Cleveland area. Since 2011 we have perfected a Proven Process to help you
accurately scope out your Custom Property Maintenance Plan, which includes a
detailed digital design of your property. Our process follows these few steps
that lead to success for our commercial customers:

1. Contact MVP

When you contact us by phone or through our online contact form, we get back to
you by the following business day to schedule your phone consultation.

2. Phone Consultation

The phone consultation is our way of learning more about your property and your
landscaping needs. We talk about your expectations, your budget, and the general
scope of work. If you decide to continue with our services, we will schedule an
on-site evaluation.

3. Site Survey and On-Site Evaluation

While we are on your property, we create a site map of your property so we can
upload it to our site survey software. We also walk through the property with a
representative from your company, discussing specific needs and establishing a
professional relationship. We'll talk about the services you want, and the ones
you don't want. MVP Snow 'n Lawn is a full-service snow and landscaping company,
capable of handling all your outdoor tasks, but if you have other vendors, we
will be happy to collaborate with them.

4. Custom Plan and Agreement

Your personalized site proposal, based on the information we gathered during the
onsite visit, is usually ready for you within two weeks. This custom plan and
agreement includes:

 * Introduction to our executive team and staff
 * A closer look at our company, equipment, and the accounts we serve
 * Project and pricing overview specific to your property's needs
 * References
 * Gallery of photos

If you are signing up for commercial landscape maintenance, your plan will
include details about our maintenance, mulching and fertilization services, and
whatever other services you may need, including a detailed budget. You will have
the opportunity to suggest changes to the proposal, and then, when it has been
revised to suit your needs, we will send you an agreement form to sign.

5. Work Begins

When the proposal is approved, we can begin the maintenance or installation of
your landscape. How long will you have to wait?

 * For an installation project, the wait time depends on our backlog.
 * For a maintenance project, work begins at the start of the season, typically
   April 1, but sometimes earlier if the weather cooperates.
 * For a snow management plan, work begins as early as mid-November.

6. Ongoing Service and Guarantees

As your dependable and professional landscaping company, MVP Snow 'n Lawn offers
ongoing service and guarantees. We stand behind our work and it shows! For
installation projects, we offer a one-year warranty on all plants. For any
service, we can schedule additional walkthroughs as needed, to ensure you are
completely satisfied with our work.

set up a meeting. Eddy came out and laid out all of our options while working
with us to keep it in our budget. He was very knowledgeable about the variety of
plants we had in the back and got us back several different estimates. We were
scheduled within a few weeks to get our job done. When the two landscapers came,
they worked hard to get the job done within a day. They went above and beyond
asking us any questions that they were unsure on, communicating their schedule,
and were respectful of our pet. I would recommend MVP to anyone I know in need
of lawncare service.
