Founded on the misty slopes of Mt Ruapehu in 1996, Peak Safety has grown to be a
national industry leader in outdoor safety and emergency care. Our growth is

WHAT WE DO


FIRST AID


 * PRE-HOSPITAL EMERGENCY CARE 
   
   This is “the beast” among outdoor first aid qualifications. Skills and
   knowledge gained during this course will arm participants with key
   decision-making tools away from the road end.

 * OUTDOOR FIRST AID 
   
   Our Outdoor First Aid (OFA) courses challenge participants to solve emergency
   problems using outdoor scenarios and demanding environments. Choose from our
   1-day or 2-day options

 * HI VIS FIRST AID 
   
   Our Hi Vis First Aid courses are tailored to different industries and
   environments. Participants will need to use their skills and knowledge and
   work as a team to solve workplace-based scenarios and what's more, they'll

WORKING AT HEIGHT


 * WORKING AT HEIGHT 
   
   Peak Safety delivers height safety courses from Northland to Southland and
   everywhere in between. Our Height safety clients range from Forestry, the
   Roofing industry, Builders, Climbers and Arborists.
   
    * Foundation/Basic
    * Advanced
    * Heights Refresher
   
   


 * ROPE ACCESS 
   
   Our rope access courses train those working at height to protect themselves
   from a fall using best-practice rope systems.
   
   


 * ROPE RESCUE 
   
   This course, based on Unit Standard 23232, builds on the Advanced Working at
   Height content and assures participants are able to develop sound rescue
   systems for the workplace.
   
   


SAFETY SERVICES


 * EVENT SERVICES 
   
   Peak Safety offers a complete event safety management service, specialising
   in ‘beyond the road end’ events, where stabilisation and extrication of the
   patient to further care is priority.
   
   


 * SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS 
   
   Peak Safety Ltd supports a range of outdoor organisations with the
   development, implementation, maintenance and compliance of their Safety
   Management Systems (SMS).
   
   


 * FILM SAFETY

 * AUDITING 
   
   Peak Safety offers a range of services to organisations to assist with the
   development, implementation and compliance of their Safety Management Systems
