     DON’T STAY HERE.
     
     Disappointed room and staff assistance. The food had hair in it and the hot
     water failed to work. The elevators took twenty minutes to get on and off.

     NEEDS WORK!!
     
     The hotel had too many things not working. Ice machine on floor 11, in our
     room we had no hot water for the shower. The door to the connecting room
     was so thin that I could hear when they would sniffle.
     Major maintenance needed to be done!

     DO NOT STAY IF YOU DON’T WANT SLEEP
     
     They had construction going until past midnight. It was brought to their
     attention multiple nights and all that was said is we will try to contact
     the construction manager. That did nothing as they were still using power
     tools every night. I complained and they gave me 3000 points. Which does
     nothing.

     HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
     
     From the staff being friendly when you check in through to the check out, I
     would recommend this location. The room was big and comfortable and the
     wifi worked like a charm with no interruptions so work could be done.
     Although the room stayed a little warm, it was okay. I would choose this
     location again if in the area.

     I stay at this property quite frequently, and they always do a fantastic
     job of making me feel at home. From recognizing me at check-in, and
     greeting me by name, to remembering many of my preferences, and
     accommodating any requests I may have. I feel comfortable and at home when
     I walk in, which is in my opinion one of the best amenities that can be
     offered.
