SAGE 50 UNABLE TO SEND EMAIL, NOTHING HAPPENS WHEN TRYING TO E-MAIL

SUMMARY

* Solicitations will not email from Sage 50 — U.S. Release.
* Receipt shows and seems to begin messaging, however nothing occurs.

* Sage 50 says it’s messaging, however the message doesn’t open or really send,

* No E-mail client on framework
* The Latest Product Update isn’t introduced on the workstation
* Windows refreshes have not been introduced

SAGE 50 EMAIL ISSUE RESOLUTIONS

Note: Sage 50 requires a product based email program. On the off chance that you
really want to open the Internet to get to your email, Sage 50 unable to send
the email.

SEGMENT I: VERIFY DEFAULT APP IN WINDOWS

1. Begin in Windows > Default Apps
2. Switch the default application for Mail to anything unique and afterward
switch it back to reset the default application
3. Check in Sage once more

SEGMENT II: NOT A COMPATIBLE E-MAIL PROGRAM
