Housekeeping was attentive enough to attend to our needs when a spring from our

while it was very central to our needs , for the price we paid it was a little
disappointing but the staff were very goo
the location was perfect . right near the MRT and Chinatown The buffet breakfast
& dinner were really good value
we didn't get the room we booked and the room we were given was not very nice as
it had a damp smell , but once we talked to the staff they were very helpful in
finding us a new room without question

Sadly both my husband & I were unwell - we only used the restaurant & had room
service.
We have been to Singapore in the past & it is a Wonderful City to visit - this
hotel is well located & has a great buffet service in its restaurant, as well
you can order room service... ordering from the menus also an option... if you
are not into the buffet style meal.
Too sick to complain.

Furama City
Hotel was close to MRT and several shopping complexes as well as Clarke Quay.
Lovely park nearby as well. Breakfast was good and a reasonable price.
There was a small problem with the room when we arrived but was sorted
relatively quickly.
