Authority, LLC and its affiliates The insured's name and address must be the
same as the company executing the Supplier Buying Agreement (SBA) Certificate
must reflect a 30 days notice of cancellation "Home Depot Product Authority, LLC
and its affiliates" must be named as an Additional Insured Insurer AM Best
Rating must be A- and VIII or better
