Overview

Learn about your Rogers Business bill including the convenient ways to pay and
how to access your invoice online.

Beginning March 24, 2023, Rogers Business customers will no longer be able to
pay their bill over the phone.


IF YOU HAVE AN 11-DIGIT ACCOUNT NUMBER

All invoices are due upon receipt: Payment can be made by:

Pay through My Shaw website (click here for full details)

Quick Pay - make a one-time online payment without signing in:

Shaw Cable

Shaw Direct

Electronic payments through your financial institution

 * Online banking
   
    * For 11 digit account numbers choose Shaw Cablesystems GP.
    * For 11 digit account numbers starting with 200 choose Shaw Direct.

 * Wire transfer or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
   
    * Email us your Shaw account number and we will provide banking information
      to submit your payment to. Be sure to include the 11-digit account number.

Pay at the teller through your financial institution

 * This option can take up to 2 weeks for the funds to be transferred to Shaw
   Cablesystems.
 * Make sure to take the remittance portion from the bottom of your invoice into
   the bank with you. Be sure to include the 11-digit account number.
 * Choose Shaw Cablesystems GP.

All invoices are due upon receipt: Payment can be made by:

Pay through My Shaw Enterprise website (click here for full details)

Electronic payments through your financial institution

 * Online banking
   
    * For 4-5 digit account numbers choose Shaw Business.

 * Wire transfer or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
   
    * Email us your Shaw account number and we will provide banking information
      to submit your payment to. Be sure to include the 4-5 digit account
      number.

Pay at the teller through your financial institution

 * This option can take up to 2 weeks for the funds to be transferred to Shaw
   Business.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY INVOICE(S) ONLINE?

Because of the diverse product offerings offered by Rogers, you may receive
multiple invoices for your Rogers Business services.

Use the guidelines below to easily manage your billing and payments.

 * For 11 digit account numbers (XXX-XXXX-XXXX) visit Small & Medium Business
   Billing & Payments for full details.
 * For 4-5 digit account numbers that look something like this: 11223, visit
   Enterprise Billing & Payments for full details.
   
   You can login online for both types of accounts via the following methods:

 1. Visit Rogers Business Account Sign-In, Manage Account - Rogers Business.
     * Select Small & Medium Business for 11 digit account numbers.
     * Select Enterprise Business for 5 digit account numbers.

 2. Login in with your My Shaw/My Shaw Enterprise credentials. The image below
    highlights the types of Rogers Business Accounts that are available.
