BE CARING WAS FOUNDED IN JANUARY 2019, WITH A 14-YEAR HISTORY OF DELIVERING
SOCIAL CARE



The business was formerly known as Care and Share Associates (CASA). CASA was
established in 2004 and operated as a social enterprise across the North of
England for 14 years. In January 2019, we were reborn as Be Caring, with a set
of bold values and a fresh approach.

Be Caring is the UK’s largest employee-owned provider of social care. We provide
community-based domiciliary care in the north of England’s largest cities;
Newcastle, Leeds, Liverpool and Manchester.

At Be Caring, our culture is so important to us. We live and breathe our values,

future Care or Support Workers.  If you have the right values, we will provide
you with the training you need to be an outstanding Care or Support Worker.


HOME SUPPORT CARE WORKER




You will provide care & support that protects people’s dignity, promotes choice,
and supports people to live as independently as possible at home. All training
is fully funded, and you will be paid for your time to complete the training.

LIFE SUPPORT WORKER




We’re looking for kind and compassionate people to join our Learning
Disabilities team in Tyneside. You will place dignity at the heart of the
support you provide, maximising independence and building networks of support
for individuals.




Support Worker in Tyneside




COMPLEX & PALLIATIVE CARE WORKER




As a Palliative Care Worker, you will provide care that promotes choice and
protects people’s dignity at the end of their life. As a Complex Care Worker,
you will have previous care experience, and will be trained by our in-house
Nurse.

WE HAVE A GREAT TEAM OF PEOPLE HERE AND IT’S EXCITING TO SEE THEM FLOURISH AND
DEVELOP. IT’S MY GOAL TO SUPPORT EVERYONE IN ACHIEVING THEIR GOALS, OUR
