WELCOME TO THE NELUNE FOUNDATION LILAC BALL 2023

Along with continuing our commitments to patient support and our Cancer Centre
activities, the Foundation is raising funds tonight to establish the NELUNE
Men’s Health Centre, a new facility specifically for the diagnosis, treatment
and care of prostate cancer patients.

Prostate cancer is the most common cancer diagnosed in men, with more than 6,500
patients diagnosed in NSW each year. Tragically, prostate cancer account for one
in eight male cancer deaths.

The NELUNE Foundation has committed to the establishment of a specialist Men’s
Health Centre as a service for public hospital patients within the St Vincent’s
Healthcare Campus in Sydney. The NELUNE Men’s Health Centre will care for
patients diagnosed with prostate cancer and provide revolutionary precision
healthcare capabilities, social and psychological treatment, and support for all
men with prostate cancer and their families. This one-stop-shop brings together
medical, nursing, and allied health specialists on-site and virtually.

The service will also provide a specialised genetic screening and counselling
program to men (and transgender women) who may be at an elevated risk of
prostate cancer due to family history or genetic mutations.

Register your details and then 'Confirm Your Bid'.

Receive outbid text notifications and bid again!

If you are at the event, keep an eye on the leaderboard screens to see if you're
still the winning bidder!

If you are the successful bidder at the end of the evening, you will be sent a
link for which to pay for your item.
