     The hotel is tired and needs a refresh. The price did not match the
     quality. The staff was never prepared. Everything asked at the front desk
     was answered with “we don’t have any up here right now, give me a minute”
     30 minutes later you get water, etc…
     Waiting for a cup of coffee was not easy - no coffee bar, stand or such.
     Had to be “waited” on for everything. The valet stand and courtesy van was
     the best about the entire stay.

     This hotel looks like someone tried to put lipstick on a pig to make it
     more attractive. The lobby area + restaurants are updated and nice BUT from
     the elevators up… cheesy, creepy, and outdated. Hallways look like they
     belong in an episode of American Horror Story. The room is spacious and
     decent, but still corny. By no means is this a “5 star luxury hotel”.

     If you’ve not ever stayed at the SLS you should! I’ve stayed there twice
     and love the service as well as the location! The nooo had great options if
     you’re a picky eater and they all were delectable !!
     I would say during NYE pack your party glasses because their NYE bask
     looked and sounded like a ton of fun!!!

     GREAT STAFF, AWESOME PRODUCT = GREAT STAY
     
     We had an amazing three day stay @ SLS. The staff totally makes this
     property sing! Literally, every interaction we had with a staff member was
     great! The front desk staff were all kind, friendly and approachable. Danny
     the bellman, was great! He surprised us, by sending a bottle of champagne
     to our room, with a kind note - we were not expecting that. What a great
     way to go above and beyond! Sean the doorman offered great conversation.
     The housekeepers, runners and maintenance personnel we ran into in the
     hallways were friendly. The valet staff were great as well. Overall great
     staff makes all the difference with the guest experience. Kudos for hiring
     and training your staff SLS! Looking forward to a return visit.

     THE MEANING OF SLS
     
     Apparently the first thing arriving guests often ask is, "So what do the
     initials S.L.S. stand for?" This question is so common, in fact, that the
     hotel prominently displays a long list of "guesses" submitted by previous
     guests. My favorite - because I think it is most accurate - is "style,
     luxury, service." We found all three to be in abundance during our five-day
     stay in December 2022.

     MY STAY AT SLS
     
     My stay at SLS was a welcomed treat while in town for a personal
     appointment. The staff was very attentive and considerate. The room was
     very clean and had everything I needed, including my favorite coffee.

     EXCELLENT HOTEL
     
     The decor was whimsical and fun. The room was well thought out as far as
     comfort and amenities. The best part was the staff .... they excel in
     making you feel comfortable they provided excellent service and always with
