Shri Nikhil Vignyan Dham, we also call it in short as Gurudham, the place where our Guruji and his thoughts, his views, his soul reside. Gurudham was established with a vision to take forward our Guruji's work and his views like: to spread knowledge and envisage the importance of Guru in our life and, importance of Guru-Shisya sampradaya- which is the root of any culture, life and soul of the universe. Gurudham was established in the year 2010 at Japal Village, Manchal Mandal, in Ranga Reddy district of Telangana State in Bharat on the auspicious day of 'Guru Paduka Siddhi Diwas', which falls on 'Margashirsha Shukla Dwitiya'. The vision being to follow our Guru's footsteps and his teachings to attain completeness in our life by many means he preached. For any disciple, Guru is the only way to completeness. Only Guru is complete in every aspect; which can be achieved by doing sadhanas, yoga, bhakti, sangeet/music, natya/nritya, tapasya, ayurveda, or by any means of knowledge and its enlightenment. The best way for the disciple is that which is shown by his or her Guru and to follow it is the disciple's first and foremost duty with complete trust and belief. The four pillars : "Guru Parama Daivatam", "Guru Aagya Hi Kevalam", "Na Guroradhikam Tatvam" and "Na Guroradhikam Tapaha" are the four pillars of Gurudham. The four pillars are standing with our Guru's vision as its base; to impart knowledge to the disciples and guide them to Purnatva, Purnatva is to finally reach the Guru's Charan with his blessings, follow the path shown by him, perform all the sadhanas, know the real essence of life and travel to Siddhashram, physically and/or spiritually, with his wish and blessings. The main programs at Gurudham are 'Guru Paduka Siddhi Diwas', 'Guru Janma Diwas' and 'Guru Pournima'. Apart from these programs, various other programs are also held at different places in India. Like Holi, Surya and Chandra grahan (Solar and Lunar eclipse) near sea shores, religious places, spiritual places in the deep forests, Shivaratri at Shiva temples or near river banks etc. Regular Guru havan is also conducted by the disciples at their homes on various occasions. Tree plantations are one of the regular activites taken up along with the practice of organic agriculture. Tours are taken on important occasions like 'Maha Kumbh Mela', visits to piligrimage centres regularly and performing sadhanas at those places to absorb the available chetana to improve ourselves by all means and in all directions positively. Sadguru Swami Nikhileshwaranand Paramahans is the true embodiment of the word Guru and the Gurutatva. If there is anybody who can write about a Guru is the Guru himself or another Guru. On a broader scale, if one understands, there is only one Guru. He is popularly known as Dr. Narayan Dutt Srimali and is fondly called as 'Nikhil' by his Guru Sadguru Dadaguru Swami Satchitanand Paramahans, the founder of Siddhashram in the Himalayas.
