OUR STORY

Once upon a time, in the halls of the University of Mary Hardin Baylor, amidst
the flurry of lectures and late-night study sessions, two souls found each other
in the most unexpected of places.

I, Courtney, was diligently poring over textbooks one fateful day when Jonas,
with his infectious smile and kind eyes, approached me. Little did I know, that
moment would mark the beginning of a love story beyond my wildest dreams.
Bonding over our shared love of video games, we discovered a connection that
would shape the course of our lives.

For over three years, our days have been filled with laughter, shared meals of
hot chicken, and countless adventures exploring the vibrant city of Austin.
Whether we're sipping coffee in cozy cafes or worshiping together at church
every moment feels like a cherished gift.

On a picturesque day, July 25, 2023, amidst the breathtaking scenery of National
Glacier Park in Montana, Jonas swept me off my feet once again with a proposal
that took my breath away. I said yes, knowing in my heart that I was saying yes
to a lifetime of love, commitment, and endless adventures by his side.

As we step into this new chapter of our lives, Jonas is currently working in a
tech company and passionately pursuing his love for photography, capturing the
beauty of weddings and the essence of street life in Austin. Meanwhile, I work
as a registered nurse in the intensive care unit of a hospital here in Austin.

Our love story is a testament to the power of divine guidance, friendship, and
unwavering faith in Jesus Christ. Together, we've built a foundation deeply
rooted in His love, trust, and a shared commitment to always follow His path, no
matter what challenges life may bring.
