I stumbled upon Homeone Euro Trading almost by mistake, already resigned to be dismissed again and ready to go back to Lazada or Amazon to get what I needed, but to my surprise Mr. Peck not only listened to my problem, but went the extra mile to help me fix it! He went back and forth his inventory room, taking out pieces of hardware to build, on the spot, a shower system which was exactly what I needed! A level of committment to customer satisfaction that I've rarely seen in my life, for what it was, in fact, a very small sale. Without going into the details of getting a contractor and finalising the layout of a bathroom changover, let me share my experience with HomeOne. I stepped into HomeOne after visiting several bathroom showrooms. What matters is not the size of HomeOne showroom - they have everything you need to renovate your dream bathroom. I was attended enthusiastically by Mr. Peck whom I later came to know was a civil engineer by training. Not only was Mr. Peck knowlegeable, he was helpful and was willing to share as much as one would like to know from the common toilet bowls flushing system to a more sophiscated one. Mr. Peck has a video ready to explain the benefits of one flushing system over another. The choice is yours and he did not in any way tried to hard sell one over another. One thing that I noticed was that the items on display, though are not as wide ranging, are sufficient to help one made a wise choice as the items are mostly "battle-tested" by discerning customers who gave their feedback. Besides Mr. Peck, his other partner, Brian is just as knowlegeable, helpful & friendly and will be able to give the same expert advise accordingly. From what I gathered, as a company policy, feedback on any of the items purchased is taken seriously and if they are deemed not up to mark, they are taken off the shelves immediately. This is remarkably, their quality assurance policy. In terms of price, they are fair and competitive. After several visits & coupled with many changes even after the items are delivered, I am a satisfied customer with most of my bathroom items and accessories purchased from HomeOne as follows: a Cosmos toilet bowl, a 3-way shower set, a 25 litre storage heater, a wall mounted basin with compatible bathroom accessories. Finally, last but not the least, if you are considering to renovate your bathroom, it is wise to come by HomeOne to get a first or second opinion even if you have engaged a contractor or designer for your dream bathroom. Do ask HomeOne who has a package to offer for your entire bathroom changeover. There are many learning tips that I have also gathered from renovating the bathroom in my masterbedroom. Firstly, it took more than 3 weeks to complete and the entire house was affected - it may be wise to renovate the bathroom at the same time with the rest of the house. Next, while one would like to have a dream bathroom like that of a 5-star hotel, it is difficult to realise as the considerations are very different in terms of available space, budget and practical usage. After visiting many shops along Geylang road and Jalan Besar, it turned out that Homeone has everything that we need. They have a wide range of bathroom cabinets and accessories that are not be available in most shops. We are attended by Mr Brian who had been very patient and knowledgable in explaining all the details for us. No hard selling at all, and we decided to buy all the cabinets and accessories for both bathrooms from them. The installation followed quickly after a few. The workmanship was awesome and the workers had kindly tidied up everything before they left. I'm totally satisfied.
