SITE CLASSIFICATION INVESTIGATION

A site classification is critical for the structural design and to ensure the
long-term integrity of your foundation. Agility Engineering's site
classification estimates the expected soil movement as well as providing footing
recommendations and design parameters.

SLOPE STABILITY INVESTIGATION

Are you developing on a steep site and need to meet council regulatory
requirements? In areas of historical and active slope instability, slope
stability assessments are often required prior to, during and post development.

ACID SULFATE SOIL INVESTIGATION AND MANAGEMENT

Acid sulfate soils are naturally occurring soils and sediments containing iron
sulfides which when exposed to air, a variety of iron compounds and sulfuric
acid are produced. Acid sulfate soils pose a risk to the environment,
infrastructure and human health.

ROAD PAVEMENT THICKNESS DESIGN

Road Pavement Thickness Design incorporates a detailed site investigation,
laboratory testing and analysis to provide both flexible and rigid pavements.

DESIGN AND BUILDING PRACTITIONER ACT

Agility Engineering is registered with NSW Fair Trading and is approved to work
on your Class 2, 3 or 9c development.

FORENSIC INVESTIGATION

Forensic geotechnical investigation involves analysis of a project, site
conditions, existing construction and a range of remedial measures.
