Welcome to MRBC former Ms. Larsson’s Salon! We started as a heartfelt project,
inspired by my late mother, Ms. Larsson. She was a passionate collector and
seller of vintage treasures. When she passed away in 2020, she left me with a
deep desire to continue her legacy. My mission is to connect people with antique
and vintage jewelry that they will cherish as much as she did. Since then, this
passion project has grown into my full-time job. In late 2022, my youngest son,
Jonathan, joined me, and together, as Isabella & Jonathan, we are committed to
bringing you the most extraordinary European jewelry, destined to bring joy to

Before making a purchase, please take a moment to review these important terms
and conditions.
TERMS & CONDITIONS By making a purchase in this shop, you agree to be bound by
these terms. We are based EU and the main currency in the shop is EUR. We have a
currency calculator that shows the prices in both EUR and the currency in your
residence. We charge EUR. Please be aware that the following items cannot be
returned or exchanged: sale items, items purchased on layaway, pieces that are
resized or altered for you by our bench, and custom orders. Cancellation: If you
wish to cancel your purchase made in the web shop, please send an email to
info@mslarsson.com within one hour of placing your order to avoid shipping the
item. Please note that we have a 5% restocking fee to cover the cost of bank and
credit card charges. VAT Deduction: Please be aware that the sale is conducted
under the margin scheme for collectors’ items, art, second-hand items, and
antiques, and as such, VAT cannot be deducted. PRIVACY We are committed to
protecting your privacy and will only collect and process the data required to
provide you with our services. When shopping at MsLarsson.com, we will collect
your name, billing and delivery addresses, payment details, mobile number, and
email address upon checkout. This information will never be disclosed to third
parties or used for any purposes other than those described above. PAYMENT
METHODS All major debit and credit cards are supported by our payment vendor.
See more at checkout. For high-value orders, we accept Wise, wire transfer and
PayPal if you are a first-time client. Returning customers, please get in touch
for a payment link if you'd like to pay with cards. CURRENCY We are based in
Denmark, in Europe Scandinavia. Therefore our primary currency is Euro, meaning
purchases are charged in EUR. The shop has a built in currency converter that
shows the prices in your country of residence, as well as the original charge in
EUR. LAYAWAY: We are happy to offer you a Layaway plan on selected pieces marked
with a ribbon in the shop. The Layaway plan does not carry any additional
charges or interest fees. To initiate the plan, we require a non-refundable
deposit of 1/3rd (33%) of the total amount. The remaining balance must be paid
in full within 6-8 weeks. If a Layaway plan is discontinued due to missed or
late installments, all payments, excluding the initial deposit, will be refunded
as store credit. We would be happy to create a personalized plan for you
manually and furnish you with a payment link. Kindly choose the Layaway payment
option at checkout. If a layaway plan is initiated but the link is not responded
to, and paid within 4 hours, we'll cancel the order.


DELIVERY & RETURNS

Free worldwide shipping
SHIPPING All orders come with free worldwide shipping using your local postal
service, please refer to the terms and conditions of the postal service in your
area. Orders above 495 EUR will be upgraded to express shipping for free. Orders
above 1000 EUR, will be subject to mandatory insurance, as we cannot be held
liable for mistakes made by the courier or others involved. We ship with DHL
Express on all orders above 495 EUR. Get in touch if you want other
arrangements. We pack and ship express orders within one business day. The time
for orders to arrive depends on many factors, but will usually take between 2-3
business days in most areas. REMOTE ACCESS AREA Please note that we may have to
charge an additional cost when shipping to your address, if you live in a remote
area. These prices change depending on the area, and are determined by the
courier. We'll get in touch if this is the case for your shipment. INSURANCE We
take great care when we ship our products, All orders above 1000 will be subject
to mandatory insurance. This way, the value is secure and will be covered in
case of issues with the delivery. We will help in any way we can if something
goes wrong, but we cannot take responsibility for mistakes made by postal or
courier services. Insurance prices are based on the value of your order and will
be added at checkout. SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES Sales Tax: We do not collect
Sales Tax on your purchase. Customs: Any item that is NOT antique or below 800
USD in value is subject to import tax. This charge is made by U.S. Customs and
Border Protection. We offer to collect this tax on behalf of U.S. Customs and
Border Protection, meaning that deliveries are much quicker and safer through
customs, and that you don't have to deal with the hassle. Choose the option at
checkout. Customs for items above 800 USD that are not antiques, is
approximately 6.6% Please make sure to double-check these policies as we cannot
be responsible for changes in US customs policy. The courier companies are
obligated to collect the customs fees and pay them forward to U.S. Customs and
Border Protection. We or the couriers do not control these charges as they are
set by your government. SHIPPING WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION As we are based
within the European Union, shipping to any member country will not incur import
or customs fees. If you are a Danish resident the prices have "brugt-moms"
included and are subject to the VAT margin scheme. SHIPPING TO THE REST OF THE
WORLD Please be advised that it is your responsibility to check your country's
customs policies. You may be charged additional import fees or customs. We do
not control these charges as they are set by your government and collected by
all courier services. Returns will not be accepted if you refuse to pay the
customs fees. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY We are happy to accept returns subject to
the following terms and conditions. 1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving
your item to inform us that you wish to return it so we can provide you with a
return label. Note that the shipping cost of 49 EUR and Insurance will be
deducted from your refund. 2. Please be advised that we take a 5% restocking fee
when you return an item. This is to cover the costs associated with a purchase,
such as credit card fees etc. The restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
3. Be advised that we do not accept refunds due to an unwillingness to pay
customs. Customs are an expected part of buying internationally 4. You will
receive an email with the return label, after which you will have to schedule a
pickup with the courier. Details will be included in the email. Be advised that
you will have to ship the item 2 business days after receiving it. 5. Upon
receiving the item, we will inspect it to ensure that it arrives in the same
condition as when it was shipped. We will then refund your purchase and the
funds will be in your account in 5-7 business days. Custom fees can not be
refunded from us, you'll have to make a claim to the authorities. Please be
aware that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Sale items,
items purchased on Layaway, pieces that are resized or altered for you by our
bench, and custom orders.
