MBILL BILLING PLATFORM

Welcome to MBill, a White Label Billing Platform. We make customer management
and accounting a breeze. Our platform is positioned in front of your CMS to
handle payments, customer management and marketing and even credit management to
your teams.

CMS companies do an excellent job managing access and other areas traditionally
within their realm however eCommerce is a different thought process and that is
where MBill comes in. At MBill we have experience with dozens of payment
systems, customer management and marketing, recurring sales, carts and checkouts
and mobile applications, combine that with your preferred CMS and you have a
formidable software platform.

ROLES

Geared towards having a CMS Platform as our primary client, we have four roles
or access levels on the platform. Admin or CMS Company, Distributor (product
provider), Dealer (bulk purchasers of products from Distributor) and Merchant
(selling content directly to the customer).

* Each role has its own accounting and invoicing and payment methods and ability
to mark up cost for resale.

A Telco in Africa needs to accept payment for their services but 95% of
transactions in Africa are made with cash. It is cost prohibitive for the Telco
to setup hundreds of offices across the nation to accept payments, so we build
an app that allows any merchant to become a reseller for the telco and therefore
be able to service their customers in thousands of pre-existing stores.

Here is a list of the most commonly asked questions regarding our platform and
services.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE INTEGRATED INTO THE PLATFORM?

We currently have Authorize.net, NMI, Inovio and others being added weekly, if
you have a gateway that needs to be added, please provide API documentation and
we will add it to our build queue.

CAN I BRAND MBILL IN MY OWN NAME?

Yes, we are a White Label platform meaning we will create your Admin role
branded with your logo and you will manage the platform with our support.

I AM A RESELLER, CAN I USE MBILL?

Yes, but not directly, we exclusively provide a front end to CMS platforms and
bill them directly. If you already have a CMS you are using, we can work with
your company to connect our services to theirs and you can use the platform
billed through your company.

CAN YOU CONNECT TO ANY CMS?

Yes, as long as they have an API and documentation, we can integrate to any CMS.
Our platform is agnostic.

WILL MY USERS NEED TO LOG IN TO THE CMS OR SEE THE CMS?

No, MBill is a complete customer management system. There is no reason for them
to know the name of the CMS or login, all customer management is from the White
Label MBill platform.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

MBill invoices the CMS Company directly based on the number of customers and
monthly access per role. There are one time setup fees to customize the mobile
application.

IS THE MOBILE APP IN THE GOOGLE PLAY STORE AND APPLE STORE?

We customize each application for the Merchant and it is downloadable on the
merchant’s website, it is compatible with Android, Apple, iOS, PC and Mac.

CAN WE SIGN UP NOW?

Soon, we expect to be ready in early 2023 for clients.
