INTRODUCTION
With Paperless Billing, you can view and pay your bill online, from any
computer, anytime. By not receiving a paper statement in the mail every month,
you will cut down on paperwork and save time with this free, easy and secure way
to be environmentally friendly.
Note: The option to set up Paperless Billing through My Account may not be
available to some Ethernet, Business VoiceEdge, and Trunking customers.
SIGN UP
1. Sign in to My Account and select Billing from the account management menu.
2. Under Payment Settings, select Manage to access and enable Paperless
Billing.
3. Make sure to verify that the email address provided is the correct Billing
Manager. Review the Terms of Service and select the checkbox to agree to
these terms. Then you can select to Turn on Paperless Billing.

4. After completing these steps, we will no longer send you a paper bill in the
mail every month. Instead, we will send you an email when your statement is
ready to be viewed online. This change may take one full billing cycle to
take effect.
Also consider setting up Auto Pay if you have not already done so.
