WHAT SHOULD BE DONE FOR A SUDDEN AND SERIOUS WATER LEAK?

Nick and Roman were very courteous and professional. They showed up on time and
immediately went to work installing our new AC unit. When the work was completed
they explained and demonstrated how the thermostat works. They explained twice -

very patient with us. They went over warranty points and how the inspection will

Had the whole house re plumbed today along with some electrical work done. Mike,
Dave, and Parker were the best! Parker walked me through the electrical work
that was being done and explained it in such a way it was easily understandable.
Mike and Dave did an excellent job eliminating the spider webs of pipes under
the house and put in new pies much neater than the previous ones. They also went
above and beyond and provided my little one with the a coloring book to keep her
entertained. I can be certain that Blanton’s will be my #1 go to for their

3stage whole home water filtration system from under my crawlspace to my garage.

Jacob Ford came out to today to check out a weird sound in my outside HVAC unit.
He was very thorough and his general attitude was outstanding. He was very
professional and took the time to ensure that what was causing the noise was
fixed. Upon inspection of my inside unit he found some mold growth and made some
recommendations, but no hard sell. I ended up taking him up on a recommendation
and he got a UV light installed the same day. Blanton's is definitely not the
cheapest in town, but their service is always top tier. Sometimes you really do
get what you pay for.

I had a plumbing emergency in my first home, and within a few hours of calling,
Collin was out at my home, and helping me learn through the issue and giving
options for fixing. He was incredibly kind, and knowledgeable. Then, Tristan
came out, who was the camera tech to see into our sewage line. He was here in a
timely manner, and was professional and kind as well. He walked me through every
scenario possible for fixing the issue (roots infiltrated sewage line) and then
Collin made another appearance to fully clear the pipe with a combination of the
rooter and camera to verify. Overall highly satisfied with the level of service,
professionalism, and knowledge of the employees at Blantons. I'd recommend them
to anyone, and will do so!

I honestly don’t have enough good words about these people and this company!
Specifically, I dealt with Richie and Nate and they were the nicest guys. Richie
went around and helped me with other small things that have been bothering me
around the house and that I don’t know how to fix or where to even start. Nate
worked super hard on the water heater and worked some serious magic in there!
They were great with my dogs and I loved hearing about theirs too! I’m honestly
not even scared for something to mess up around the house again because I know
I’ll be fine if they have to come back out! Wish I could give more stars! Thanks
again! :))Update: they came out again except this time with Daniel and he did
some electrical work for me throughout the house. He was so kind and such a joy
to work with. My dogs loved him and it was really nice having someone to do all

The technician was professional in every way. He was on time, explained what
part he was replacing, assured me it was covered in my contract, and answered

I had my 6 month WOW service completed by Pedro Martinez. While performing the
maintenance, he noticed some micro growth on the unit up in the crawl space. He
documented everything and showed me the pictures. He carefully formatted a plan
to deal with the issue, presenting me with several options. The fact that he
wasn’t pushing any of the products, but informing me of all the benefits that
said products provided, I chose to go with the GRF UV LIGHTING. Mr. Martinez
just finished the 3 hour installation and deep cleaning of said unit. My unit is
good to go. I have bought my AC unit from Blanton’s years ago and I have used
there plumbing and electrical services as well. I will continue to do business
with Blanton’s, but for now on I will request Mr. Martinez to be the Tech that
provides maintenance to my AC unit, as he has provided before and after pictures
both times that he has been on the job site.

On a Sunday morning, i noticed a water leak under one of my sinks and called for
emergency weekend service. Todd was assigned to help with my plumbing issue. He

Called today for a plumbing emergency for Monday was denied due to not paying
for Wow program on time had to find another plumber I am truly displeased with
their actions the the Wow is only for the HVAC unit and I always catch up with

Ritchie and Nathaniel from the plumbing area of Blanton’s came to replace a

Nick and Roman were very courteous and professional. They showed up on time and
immediately went to work installing our new AC unit. When the work was completed
they explained and demonstrated how the thermostat works. They explained twice -
cuz my hubby wasn't there for the 1st demonstration. We're older, and they were
very patient with us. They went over warranty points and how the inspection will
be conducted. They were very thorough and made us glad we chose Blanton. We will
recommend Blanton to family and friends! Excellent employees and service!! 😊
Can't forget the excellent work of Jacob Ford and Kyle Snyder who were here in
their respective positions yesterday. Kyle was especially personable and we felt

Had the whole house re plumbed today along with some electrical work done. Mike,
Dave, and Parker were the best! Parker walked me through the electrical work
that was being done and explained it in such a way it was easily understandable.
Mike and Dave did an excellent job eliminating the spider webs of pipes under
the house and put in new pies much neater than the previous ones. They also went
above and beyond and provided my little one with the a coloring book to keep her
entertained. I can be certain that Blanton’s will be my #1 go to for their
services in the future.

Pedro was absolutely amazing. He took his time to explain everything and answer

Brandon and Nick from Blanton's came over and installed a new AC and furnace
upstairs and hooked up a condensate pump to our bottom unit to pump the water
out to another location. They were not only very knowledgeable but friendly and
respectful as well. They did a great job installing everything and it works

I recently had Blanton’s Air, Plumbing, and Electric come out to relocate my
3stage whole home water filtration system from under my crawlspace to my garage.
Jacob Eason, a certified plumber with the company did it flawlessly! I’m so
impressed on his workmanship. You can tell he takes pride in his trade. Ihighly

Jacob Ford came out to today to check out a weird sound in my outside HVAC unit.
He was very thorough and his general attitude was outstanding. He was very
professional and took the time to ensure that what was causing the noise was
fixed. Upon inspection of my inside unit he found some mold growth and made some
recommendations, but no hard sell. I ended up taking him up on a recommendation
and he got a UV light installed the same day. Blanton's is definitely not the
cheapest in town, but their service is always top tier. Sometimes you really do
get what you pay for.

I had a plumbing emergency in my first home, and within a few hours of calling,
Collin was out at my home, and helping me learn through the issue and giving
options for fixing. He was incredibly kind, and knowledgeable. Then, Tristan
came out, who was the camera tech to see into our sewage line. He was here in a
timely manner, and was professional and kind as well. He walked me through every
scenario possible for fixing the issue (roots infiltrated sewage line) and then
Collin made another appearance to fully clear the pipe with a combination of the
rooter and camera to verify. Overall highly satisfied with the level of service,
professionalism, and knowledge of the employees at Blantons. I'd recommend them
to anyone, and will do so!

I honestly don’t have enough good words about these people and this company!
Specifically, I dealt with Richie and Nate and they were the nicest guys. Richie
went around and helped me with other small things that have been bothering me
around the house and that I don’t know how to fix or where to even start. Nate
worked super hard on the water heater and worked some serious magic in there!
They were great with my dogs and I loved hearing about theirs too! I’m honestly
not even scared for something to mess up around the house again because I know
I’ll be fine if they have to come back out! Wish I could give more stars! Thanks
again! :))Update: they came out again except this time with Daniel and he did
some electrical work for me throughout the house. He was so kind and such a joy
to work with. My dogs loved him and it was really nice having someone to do all
that he did. He was super communicative about everything and is such a hard

The technician was professional in every way. He was on time, explained what
part he was replacing, assured me it was covered in my contract, and answered
any of my questions. The service contract is a low monthly fee whereby there are
2 seasonal service calls per year and numerous other amenities. Well worth the
peace of mind.

Terry, is now my favorite Senior Technician of ALL time! He took hours doing the
most extensive inspection I have EVER heard of…Bar none !! I talking register
air flow and temperature to every aspect of my 13 year old system. He not only
provided me the written results he gave me over 15 pictures. Then if that’s not
enough; he took all the time required to explain every detail. Blantons needs to

I had my 6 month WOW service completed by Pedro Martinez. While performing the
maintenance, he noticed some micro growth on the unit up in the crawl space. He
documented everything and showed me the pictures. He carefully formatted a plan
to deal with the issue, presenting me with several options. The fact that he
wasn’t pushing any of the products, but informing me of all the benefits that
said products provided, I chose to go with the GRF UV LIGHTING. Mr. Martinez
just finished the 3 hour installation and deep cleaning of said unit. My unit is
good to go. I have bought my AC unit from Blanton’s years ago and I have used
there plumbing and electrical services as well. I will continue to do business
with Blanton’s, but for now on I will request Mr. Martinez to be the Tech that
provides maintenance to my AC unit, as he has provided before and after pictures
both times that he has been on the job site.

On a Sunday morning, i noticed a water leak under one of my sinks and called for
emergency weekend service. Todd was assigned to help with my plumbing issue. He
contacted me promptly to discuss timing and arrived as scheduled.Todd was very
thorough in addressing my issue. Not only did he fix the leak but he also
checked other pipes and valves in that same area. As Blanton’s had just
installed a new hot water heater a couple of days earlier, Todd went into the
attic and double checked the new water heater to ensure he did not see any other
