What is the role about?

 * Planning, implementing and executing Tourlane's marketing strategy focussing
   on Marketing Roadmap, Customer Segmentation and Brand Guidelines
 * Inspiring, leading and developing a growing team of 25 talented professionals
 * Collaborating closely with our C-level and department heads (in product,
   engineering, sales, and data) to drive customer reach, acquisition and
   retention
 * Measuring, analysing, and reporting on marketing performance, and assessing
   against goals
 * Ensuring that we monitor the market, competitors' positioning and activities
 * Identifying trends and insights on the market while staying up to date with
   latest technologies and best practices

 

What will you need to be successful?

 * You bring along several years of long-lasting experience in marketing
   leadership functions
 * Experience and creativity in balancing paid and organic marketing channels
 * Ideally experience in a direct-to-consumer business
 * Travel industry experience is an asset, but not mandatory
 * You know how to inspire and share a vision to get teams to enthusiastically
   follow you
 * You have a quick and effective thought process to get things done
 * You are performance-driven, analytical and reliable
 * You are an outstanding communicator - building trust, inspiring and coaching
 * You are well-structured, with an ability to prioritize workload but also able
   to adapt to changes in the initial plan
 * You are fluent in English, German would be an asset
