Urgent Gaza Relief
Our "Gaza Relief and Recovery" campaign aims to address urgent humanitarian
needs and support long-term recovery efforts in Gaza. The funds raised will
primarily focus on immediate relief, including providing essential medical
supplies, food, medical treatment, clean water, and other necessities for
families affected by the conflict. Additionally, our campaign will support
rebuilding healthcare facilities and providing long-term support through
impactful programs and projects to support the needs of children and the health
sector in Gaza. It will also allocate resources towards trauma counseling,
mental health support, and other initiatives for children affected by the
conflict, aiming to foster healing and resilience within the community.

Opening of New Field Hospital in Rafah
As part of our Urgent Gaza Relief and Recovery projects, we are proud to
announce the opening and partial completion of a field hospital equipped with
100 beds, an outpatient clinic, a pediatric clinic, a laboratory, and an x-ray
room. This facility also features a desalination plant to ensure a steady supply
of clean water. In collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO), the
hospital will receive support with medical equipment, significantly enhancing
our ability to save lives. The hospital will soon expand to include OB/GYN and
other vital medical specialties, providing comprehensive care to those in
desperate need.

Launch of "Beyond Survival" Mental Health Project in Gaza
In collaboration with the Organization For The Prevention Of Intense Suffering
(OPIS), our PCRF mental health team has launched "Beyond Survival: Fostering
Resilience and Mental Wellness." This project aims to strengthen mental health
resilience among children and families in conflict zones.

STATEMENT ON RAFAH

PCRF adds its voice to those of numerous other humanitarian organizations in
reiterating our call for humanity and solidarity with the people of Rafah. Gaza
is an unprecedented humanitarian crisis, and we firmly believe that every
obstacle should be removed to ensure that aid can reach those who require it the
most, particularly the thousands of innocent children and families who are
already suffering under dire circumstances. An attack on Rafah will only
exacerbate the ongoing suffering the people of Gaza have been forced to endure.
