And we're back for another episode of Standpoint. I'm Gabe Groysman. We're gonna
try something new out here today for everybody about once a week or so. Whenever
something big happens, I'm going to join you directly, just me, to talk about
specifically a new story, what's happening, and then give you a little bit about
my standpoint, my viewpoint, where I come from on this issue, why it's
important, why it's something I think people should pay attention to. This week
we're going to kick off with the International Criminal Court, the ICC. Many of
us have heard about the ICC and the fact that the International Criminal Court.
Asked for arrest warrants, or more specifically, the prosecutor has asked for
arrest warrants to be issued against the heads of Hamas, Sinwar and his and his
henchman, but also of note, the Prime Minister of the State of Israel, Benjamin
Netanyahu, and the defense minister, Yoav Galant. This is something we've seen
in all the headlines. Most of the news headlines will say things like the
world's top Criminal Court seek to arrest Bibi Netanyahu and Yoav Galant. Not
true. Actually, they're not seeking to arrest them yet, but the prosecutor. He's
doing that he's on a roadshow now doing press, trying to garner public support
or at least infamy for himself, seeking these arrest warrants against a sitting
Prime Minister of the first thing I'll note is this the first time the
International Criminal Court has sought a arrest warrant for democratically
elected head of state. And it's something that's that's unheard of. And we it
bears more digging into. So just what is the ICC? Most people haven't heard of
it. It's actually not such an old. Institution at all The International Criminal
Court was established in 2002. It was adopted in with the Rome Statute in 1998
and came into effect in July 1st, 2002. The courts head headquartered in The
Hague, the Netherlands.

Ah, but this is the same existential crisis of the west that occurred in
1930s, a core component of which is ***crisis of leadership***--there ARE NO
LEADERS! Even if Trump were one -- and I doubt it --it's not enough. The west
is toast. "This is the point where it’s gone too far. I’ve never truly
understood how 1930s Europe could happen. Until now. Law enforcement sits
back. Politicians sit back. The media condones it. And the antisemitism
erupts, is allowed to fester and spread wider and become a major movement
where figureheads arise. This is how it happens. We’re following this recipe
right now, in dozens of cities around the world. It’s not too late to stop it
- but we need strong leaders who are prepared to say that they won’t allow
this to unfold under their watch. Who are prepared to enforce the law. If we
don’t have these leaders - then I ask, how many planes will Israel have to
send? How many planes will Israel have to send - to Australia, to Europe, to
the United States - to rescue all of us from this violence that's erupting

A man pleaded guilty in federal court in Brooklyn on Wednesday to charges
that he had worked as an unauthorized agent of the Chinese government,
running a police outpost in Lower Manhattan as part of an effort to quash
criticism of Beijing. The man, Chen Jinping, was accused last year of helping
to run the unauthorized Chinese police outpost and of hiding his activities
from the federal government by not registering as a foreign agent. Mr. Chen
was charged along with another man, Lu Jianwang, also known as Harry Lu.
Federal prosecutors said that when the men learned of an investigation into
the outpost, they destroyed text messages they had exchanged with their
handler at China’s Ministry of Public Security in October 2022, around the
time that the F.B.I. searched the six-story building in Chinatown that housed
the operation. In court, Mr. Chen admitted through an interpreter that he had
“agreed with others to act as an agent of a foreign government” and that he
was not registered as a foreign agent, as legally required. Mr. Lu has
pleaded not guilty and is awaiting trial. Both men are American citizens.

It is beyond infuriating to witness the lengths to which some Western
politicians will go to avoid uttering even the slightest criticism of
Israel's blatantly oppressive policies. The spectacle of public officials
sacrificing their credibility and intellectual integrity to shield an
apartheid state is nothing short of disgraceful. This pathetic display of
verbal gymnastics by Lucy Frazer, the British Secretary of State for Media,
is a prime example of this deplorable trend. Instead of condemning Israel's
blatant violations of press freedom by barring journalists from Gaza, she
performs a verbal tap dance to avoid the issue entirely. It's both
exasperating and sickening to watch. Let's be clear: Preventing journalists
from entering Gaza is not just a minor inconvenience or a bureaucratic
hiccup; it is a deliberate and calculated effort to suppress the truth and
prevent the world from seeing the reality of Israel's actions. This isn't
about security or safety—it's about control, censorship, and maintaining a
narrative that whitewashes the ongoing atrocities committed against the
Palestinian people. The fact that Frazer, who supposedly interned at the
Israeli Ministry of Justice before ascending to her current role, refuses to
call out these human rights abuses is a glaring conflict of interest that
should alarm anyone who values journalistic freedom and transparency. Her
reluctance to speak out is not just a matter of political prudence; it is a
blatant betrayal of the principles she is supposed to uphold. It raises
serious questions about her impartiality and whether her past affiliations
are influencing her current stance. To those who defend this behavior, how do
you justify the suppression of journalistic freedom? How can you stand by
silently while a state systematically blocks the flow of information, stifles
dissent, and perpetuates a regime of apartheid? Your silence and complicity
make you accessories to these violations. You cannot argue that preventing
journalists from doing their job is anything but a gross infringement on free
speech and a transparent attempt to hide the truth. Western politicians like
Frazer who contort themselves to avoid criticizing Israel are not just
failing in their duties; they are actively undermining the very foundations
of democracy and free press. Their actions—or lack thereof—speak volumes
about their priorities and their willingness to ignore human rights abuses
for political convenience. It is a damning indictment of their character and
a betrayal of the values they claim to champion. Let this be a reminder:
History will not be kind to those who choose silence in the face of
oppression. The world is watching, and your cowardice and complicity will be
remembered. You may try to obfuscate and dance around the truth, but the
reality of Israel's actions and your failure to condemn them will remain
clear. You are not protectors of democracy or freedom; you are enablers of
apartheid and oppression.

It's amazing how some Western politicians are willing to sacrifice their
credibility and intellect in broad daylight infront of the world for the sake
of protecting Ap^rtheid Isr^el. It's actually excruciating to watch. The
British Secretary of State for Media, Lucy Frazer, would rather perform a
verbal tap dance instead of stating a legitimate criticism about Isr^el
preventing journalists from entering Ga*za. Why? Well, before becoming a
minister, she supposedly worked as an intern in the Isr^eli Ministry of
Justice.

on hostile influence activites: 👉 Documents like this are vital for

Anyone who ignores this Holocaust is complicit. The evidence is
undeniable—Israel is committing genocide, and this isn’t just the opinion of
a few; legal experts, historians, and even scholars from within Israel are
speaking out. Countries like the US, UK, Canada, Germany, and France, by
continuing to trade weapons and provide support, are as complicit in these
atrocities as those carrying them out. Silence and inaction in the face of
such horror make them guilty by association.
