horrible reputation but I think the Del Mar community is a hidden gem. Never had
an issue getting someone on the phone, or with maintenance. We just did our move
out process and we were terrified after seeing so many horror stories. Both the
Pre Inspector and the Final inspector were great. 10/10 recommend this district
if you want to move on base. We've actually always found this office to be
responsive and most of the employees are really nice. Maintenance is usually
quick to help and always friendly. We've enjoyed our experience here."

"If you're reading reviews and wondering whether or not you should move here,
you need to know that Bellevue is phenomenal. Let me explain why. PCSing is a
part of the military lifestyle. My family gets bounced from place to place as I
continue my career. We hadn’t found a place we could call home until moving
here. The staff is warm and personable. They greet us all by name. The
activities they do monthly keep our family engaged. They do raffles and have
prizes and get-togethers regularly. They have so many activities to get people
involved in the community. My twin boys go to the office just to see all the
ladies there. Every time we drive by I have to stop just to bring them in where
they are greeted with high fives, hugs and genuine smiles from the entire staff.
Maintenance is lightning quick to respond to any requests and they are all super
friendly. I needed new air filters and they came out same day and replaced
everything for me with no issues. The homes are well-kept, and the properties
are spacious. The fenced-in backyards are beautiful, and there are so many parks
for our kids to choose from; it is incredible. We feel safe raising our toddlers
here. Our neighbors are kind and the atmosphere is family-friendly. There are
well-kept dog parks with sidewalks to get around through the neighborhoods. This
is absolutely my favorite place to call home, and if you've read this far, go
ahead and contact the office. Just speak to anyone, and you will see that this
should be your next home, too."

"As our San Diego chapter is closing Im reflecting on our past 6 years living in
Chesterton LMH. We are incredibly grateful and thankful for our district manager
Cynthia L. Juarez. She has been amazing and always helping us with anything.
Shes kind, a great listener, and professional. Things will get taken care of
with her help. Chesterton is a fairly quiet neighborhood. We will miss living
