KIELIKONE OY

Kielikone Ltd. is the market leader in digital dictionaries in Finland. Our
high-quality language services help our customers use and understand languages
in everyday life. In addition to digital dictionaries, our services include
machine translation and proofreading as well as language guides. Corporate
customers can also add their company’s own vocabularies and terminologies into
their language service.

Kielikone started out as a project of the Finnish Innovation Fund Sitra. The
project evolved into a company in 1987, and our first digital dictionary was
released in 1989.


KEY FLAG

The Association for Finnish Work has awarded the Sanakirja.fi service the right
to use the Key Flag Symbol as of the 1st of December, 2020. The Key Flag Symbol
(Avainlippu) can be awarded to a product manufactured or a service produced in
Finland.

Kielikone Oy has been developing and offering language technology products and
services for more than 30 years. We are proud to be able to say that during
these years Kielikone Oy as a 100 % Finnish company has grown to be the
pathfinder in domestic language technology.

We are honored by the right to use the Key Flag Symbol and think very highly of
everything it represents. We would like to thank our customers and partners for
