document with 2500 pages and 100 addressees ? What are the limits in terms of

When using digital signature DocuSign, where are the user's certificates (x.509)
and Keys stored? Are they kept in the cloud, on a token, or is the actual
signing performed using DocuSign's own certificate and keys? Additionally, do
the certificates and keys belong to the user, or are they provided by DocuSign?
Can you explain the workflow in detail? Furthermore, does this workflow vary
from country to country, or is the service uniform across different locations,
aside from the variations in Certificate Authorities (CAs)?

AUTHENTICATION ISSUES
We have a client who is having trouble authenticating into Docusign. The first
time the person was getting the following error message. They still switched the
authentication to Access code, but she still can get passed the system, both her
last four dights and or access code 1234. She is using Gmail, and she is
claiming that she had the latest email exchange.

ENTERING IN PHONE NUMBER NOT WORKING
I was asked to sign a document by someone and one of the questions is asking for
my phone number. I don’t understand what format they want me to enter the phone
number in. I have tried entering it in normally and with dashes. The sample
format they gave me was #, # # #. ##. which makes no sense.

Hello, I have a document where I need to use the drawing free box to circle two
options. Starting last Thursday when you click on the draw box to edit the file
appears tiny and the options for color of pencil and pencil length are huge. Any
way to fix this?

CAN ALL THE SIGNERS OF THE ENVELOPE BE DISPLAYED ON THE DOCUMENT TO ALL THE
RECIPIENTS ?
I want to know if there is a way to display all the signatoryies with tags on
the envelope to all the listed recepients on the envelope. Currently only the
signer can see where he needs to sign and has no visibility if the other persons
before him /her has already signed. I understand that this is dictated by the
signing order. We have a requirement in our company to display all the signers
listed to receive the envelope and be able to view on the envelope who has
signed and whose signature is pending. I have not come across this functionality
yet. .

Someone is sending me a document to sign, but it opens in my phone (illegible)
instead of on my MAC laptop. How do it get it to stay on my laptop. I get the
message directly on my email that I opened on my laptop. thank you.

WHY CANT I READ A SIGNED DOCUMENT ON MY LAPTOP?
I noticed Docusign just had a begin revision. For the life of me, I cannot
understand why I cannot read a signed document on my Chromebook on and am being
directed to read it on my phone. I use D-sign for contracts and I need to see
them complete, which means a a full size screen. I've missed stuff in the past
when reviewing on my phone and don't understand why a change of this type would
be forced on a consumer. Would anyone know how to change the settings back? I
get that I can download and then open it up that way, but that’s like 3 extra
steps when I’d always been able to simply click on the document and read
through. Thoughts??

DOWNLOADING THE DOCUMENT BEFORE SIGNING
Good morning, With Docusign, is it possible to prevent recipients from
downloading the document before signing? It seems so to me but I'm not sure...
In fact, most other online signature platforms do not offer it. I don't really
see the point in the recipient being able to download the document, so possibly
signing it manually, sending it back and paying for an online signature service
where you can bypass the online signature. I am in France Thank you in advance

the URL link and have been able to sign the document successfully. However when
we share the URL, candidates are getting the below error: Unable to load

SIGNATURE BLOCK
The signature block of one of the signers has been mislocated to within the body
of the letter. I know both blocks were set up to be beside each other, and am
not sure of how this happened and more importantly, how to correct it without
invalidating the signatures. Besides requesting the signers go through this
process again, what can be done? And, what will prevent this from happening
again?
