RECENTLY VIRAL LAD ANKIT BECAME FAMOUS THROUGH COMPLETING THE CONCEPT OF 75 HARD
CHALLENGES, ALSO HE IS CONTINUING THE CHALLENGE.

WHO IS ANKIT BAIYANPURIA?
Ankit is a wrestler from Haryana, India. A sanatani and a follower of Lord
Shiva. He started his career by posting Haryanvi comedy/prank videos on TikTok
and YouTube his channel before the lockdown. After the Covid-19 lockdown, he
started making fitness videos and changed his channel name to Ankit Baiyanpuria.
He promotes traditional wrestling workout which includes sapate (Hindu wrestling
burpees), rope climbing, sprinting and other calisthenics (bodyweight)
activities. He trains under his coach (GURU) Krishan Pahalwan (Wrestler) in his
village.
Ankit gained popularity for his workout videos at public places in Rishikesh and
Sukhna Lake in Chandigarh. In June 2023, he received a silver play button from
YouTube and on Instagram, he has millions of followers.
75 HARD CHALLENGE
What is 75 hard challenge?
The 75 Hard Challenge was designed by an American entrepreneur and author, Andy
Frisells, in 2020. The includes Five daily tasks:
* Drink 4 to 5 litres of water a day
* Proper diet plan without a single day cheat and any alcohol
* Read 10 pages of any non-fiction book (self-help books)
* Two workout sessions of 45 minutes with one session of outdoor irrespective
of weather.
* Take selfies of each day to track progress.
If any person fails to perform any one of these tasks, he/she has to start from
day 1 again. It is estimated that only 1% of people have completed this
challenge.
Ankit said that he did this challenge to increase his mental toughness. Also to
avoid sugar consumption, their community consumed sugar daily in a huge amount.
He completed the challenge successfully and gained huge respect from the
internet and followers too. Even the other influencers are following his
exercise routine and the 75 hard challenge as well. Many influencers in India
and abroad as well are making videos like him. It is great to know that people
are aware of their physical and mental health.
ANKIT MEETS BEERBICEPS (RANVEER ALLAHBADIA)
Ankit uploaded a vlog of his Mumbai journey in which he shows that he met with
Ranveer Allahbadia (Beerbiceps) for the podcast. They Made a great podcast on
YouTube where Ankit shared great knowledge and gave important tips to youth. You
must watch and follow those to become successful in your life. Even though he
was travelling, he didn’t miss his training session and also enjoyed well on the
beach as well as he did workout on the beach.
ANKIT MEETS SHRI NARENDRA MODI (PRIME MINISTER OF BHARAT)
On October 1st, PM Narendra Modi met him in Delhi to focus on Swachha Bharat
Abhiyan. Where the PM asks him some random questions about his area and village
on X (formerly known as Twitter).
