operated by Otter Products EMEA Unlimited (“Otter”). Otter is the company that
is responsible and controls your personal data that is collected by us. This

your personal information, and your rights in relation to your personal

claim, participate in the “give back” initiative (where applicable), communicate

Kingdom and Asia Pacific. In this capacity Otter Products, LLC and OtterBox Hong
Kong Limited are also acting as a data controllers. By using this website and/or
providing us your personal information, you consent to the transfer of your
personal information outside of your country of residence including (where
applicable) outside of the European Union/EEA, Switzerland and the U.K. to other
countries including to the United States, China and the United Kingdom. Otter
Products, LLC, OtterBox Hong Kong Limited and our company group subsidiaries are

to provide services to us. Otter Products, LLC has certified its compliance with
the EU-US Privacy Shield and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Frameworks. If you share
with us someone else’s personal information, you must obtain their prior consent

confirm that you have their prior consent to do so and, that they consent, where
applicable, to us sharing their personal information with others who may be
