THE ABSOLUTE WORST MARRIOTT PROPERTY EVER!
Walls are thin so I hear people everywhere from my room, my personal
reference was completely ignored, Bathroom is run down with water statins,
marks, pealing tub, poor silicon application in every corner in the
bathroom, slow water draining of tub, no extra toilet paper in the
bathroom, no cleaning service though I requested, 1 out 2 elevators did not
work for a day, unloading luggage/parking is terrible at site, check-in
slow and unfriendly/unwelcome. Overall, 1/10!

Again, Ava at the front desk worked with me to get this reservation in on

Lobby was welcoming, including the hotel manager (beautiful lady with a big
smile). I had to change rooms and the staff made it so easy. Wish I could

NICE HOTEL CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS WORK
Very nice hotel right on the boardwalk but be advised they charge you to
park . They were not accommodating to give me the code to their deck to be
able to park since I arrived a few hours early. I was unable to park in
their open lot due to the street was closed off for the parade. Instead I
had to pay for another place to park and was still charged for that day.

STAY FOR CONFERENCE SEPT 15-20
As a frequent traveler and a dedicated Marriott customer this stay was not
in line with Marriott standards.
The staff was fine, pleasant and helpful.
Room 705. The carpet was filthy. White socks were stained black on the
soles from walking around the room. So bad that I actually took a picture
of a sock. Walking in the room without socks made my feet feel oily/greasy.
The lighting is very poor in 705. Not conducive to a business trip.
The shower/tub surround was old and stained.
The key card system is old. The cards are deactivated if they contact a
phone or a bill fold with magnet. My card had to be replaced at least once
every day.
There was no laundry soap available. I bought soap at a drugstore. But the
laundry machine did not work. The credit card swipe for the machines would
not accept any of my credit or debit cards.
There seemed to had been some water damage recently which is unfortunate,
but the gym was closed, fans were running in common areas. This did not
help an already, uncomfortable stay.
