We have been registered with Hoylake Vets for several years and have always
found the service from the Practice excellent. Our most recent visit was for
routine vaccinations but my dog and I were still treated in a friendly and
professional manner, putting us at ease.

We have be registered with the practice for several years now, having grown
tired of the hard-sell tactics used elsewhere. Never has there been an issue
obtaining an appointment, even on rare semi-emergency occasions. Likewise, the
professionalism combined with approachable staff, mean that our dog actually
enjoys her visits.

Apologies for the late submission of this review. Brought my 'new' cat in for a
check-up (he's adopted us after his owner left him behind when moving.) Rob and
his team have also cared for my own cat who passed away last year. Our adopted
cat is healthy and we've got him on regular flea treatments and his teeth (which
were in a terrible state) are much better thanks to the team operating on him to
remove all the bad ones! Thank you, all your help and kindness has been much
appreciated.
