GET HELP WITH TRAILBLAZER

Your Trailblazer account is your single identity for multiple Salesforce-related
sites. So where do you get help when you need it?


REQUIRED EDITIONS

Available in: All Editions

Note A Trailblazer account is available to AppExchange, Commerce Cloud Developer
Center, Events, IdeaExchange, Salesforce Help, Salesforce+, Trailblazer
Community, Trailhead users, and Partner Community.

Questions about Solution Signing up or logging in to your account Return to the
Salesforce-related site you arrived from, and follow that site’s support
instructions. If you’re unable to log in through Salesforce Help, see Contact
Salesforce Customer Support for more options. Your Profile or Settings page
Contact Trailhead Help by Submitting a Case and selecting
Trailhead/Certification Account. Merges or adding login methods to your account,
including wrong or missing account activity Refresh your browser. If that
doesn’t solve the issue, see Trailblazer Account Merges or contact Trailhead
Help by Submitting a Case and selecting Trailhead/Certification Account. Badges,
modules, and other topics related to Trailhead View Trailhead help articles or

Trailhead/Certification Account. Your Webassessor account link breaking during
an account merge See Link Your Trailhead and Webassessor Accounts Your
Trailblazer profile displaying 0 for all Trailblazer Community and AppExchange
activity Visit Trailblazer Community and AppExchange and your correct totals
show. If not, contact Trailhead Help by Submitting a Case and selecting

Account. Missing orgs in My Installs & Subscriptions on AppExchange Log in to
AppExchange using the Salesforce credentials of the org that you installed into.
Or, from your Trailblazer account, go to Settings and add the Salesforce
credentials. The org appears in the Viewing As menu on the My Installs &
Subscriptions page. Deleting your account See Considerations for Deleting Your
Trailblazer Account or contact Trailhead Help by Submitting a Case and selecting
Trailhead/Certification Account.
