Elkins (founder of a now gone store for all types of sporting goods) and Billy
Smith (of Billy Smiths Wheel and Brake Alignment), he learned to provide
unparalleled service to clients. Jack carries on his grandfather’s’ legacy of
catering to the clients needs and specific interests, while always doing what is
best for each and every client, while dealing honestly in business. Growing up
in the sporting goods service and also the development/building world, Jack was
exposed to the value of respecting clients, and always elevating experiences to
the next level to surpass their expectations. After working with cars, boats,
auctions, art, property management, and site management, Jack decided to pull
from these experiences and apply all his knowledge to the world of Real Estate.
Joining his family, Jack interned under his mother Bunny, and has since been
improving real estate practices for over 15 years. Growing up between Manalapan
and Palm Beach, it only seemed natural for Jack to focus on these areas. Fresh
out of college, Jack realized how important the Internet would become in real
estate for the future and convinced his family to move their platforms, look
into internet exposure, and move away from books and hard copies. Looking back,
it was a hard task to accomplish, but well worth it. His fresh perspective and
local knowledge of the area, from the waterways to the eateries and everything
in between, quickly propelled Jack’s real estate career. From day one, Jack and
Bunny were market leaders in their territories in the Palm Beaches. Having
record breaking sale after sale, while still paying close attention to each
client, they established an unprecedented reputation for excellence in the area
