Not only is this required to access the EMEA Portal, it will also allow the device you are using to sync correctly with Active Directory once your password is changed, and ensure you do not have to use your old password for access to that device. Navigate to https://portal.godaddy.com/settings - or click on your EMEA portal Okta chiclet and click 'Settings' through the drop down menu under your name in the top right corner of the page (access to the EMEA portal requires your Okta/Jomax credentials when prompted): Complete the form shown to change your password for the HEG domain: Once you have completed the required fields (and met the password complexity requirements), click on update password. You should receive a success notification when complete (or a failure message if there is something missing/incorrect). Wait for 30 minutes to allow password synchronisation. After 30 minutes, your new password should now be useable with all legacy HEG tools. Helpful?
