secretlab owner, and upgrading from an aging secretlab chair to the PL4800 is

I don't know what else to say! I've tried ergonomic chairs that cost as much (or
more) than this, but could never get comfy because of the minimum height being
too high, the seat not being wide enough, or the arm rests not fitting with my
desk. This one checks all of the boxes, and I find it more comfortable (and
easier to build) than some other gaming chairs I've experienced over the years
that cost more. Plus, as a cat owner and someone with a lot of hair, receiving a
surprise pet hair remover was a huge bonus! My only complaints are the shipping
time, which got delayed about a month (but now that I have it I can say it was
worth the wait) and that it looks like the design on the back and seat don't
really line up (looks like the fabric on the back piece pulled more to one
side). However, everything else about the seat is awesome. Excellent work,
folks!
