ABOUT THE CLUB



The Australian National Street Machine Association Inc. (ANSMA) is a
democratically elected not for profit association whose aim is to co-ordinate
and promote the activities of Street Machine Clubs and Individual Street
Machiners who are members of or are affiliated by way of their Club’s membership
of ANSMA.

The Australian National Street Machine Association Inc. was started in 1985 by
Graham Stubbs (Life Member), its main aim was and still is to act as the united
voice of the Street Machiners in Australia.

Membership to ANSMA is for residents of NSW who are street machine enthusiasts
actively participating in the Street Machining Lifestyle by attending car shows,
cruises, swap meets, and supporting charity events.  If this is your intention
you are welcome to be a part of the Street Machining Community by joining as an
Individual motoring enthusiasts member or a Motoring Club including
Motorcyclists and Motorcycle Clubs.

ANSMA will not be accepting memberships or registration applications for any
type of recreational vehicle. This includes 4×4 (4WD), RV’s, Motorhomes etc. We
are and always have been a club who’s primary interest is the preservation and
restoration of Classic Street Machines. Please refer to our list of affiliated
clubs for enquiries regarding membership and applications associated with your
specific vehicle type. We only accept memberships and car registrations from NSW
residents.

MEMBERSHIP FOR CLUBS & INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS:- When a club or an individual joins
ANSMA they are entitled to $20 million dollar public liability insurance for
shows, runs, meetings, driving events (subject to separate approval), member to
member and product liability.

BENEFITS OF BECOMING A MEMBER



ANSMA Inc. is a founding Member of the Australian Confederation of Motor Clubs
(ACMC).

Affiliation with the Australian National Street Machine Association Inc. will
give coverage for individual members, Clubs and its members under our
$20,000,000.00 Public and Product Liability Insurances.

ANSMA does not solely provide insurance to its member clubs we also actively
advocate with Government to enhance the enjoyment of our lifestyle with as
little intrusion of legislative controls as can be achieved in an era when our
freedoms are being eroded and limited everyday by the action of Government’s in
all their various forms.

The fee to join the ANSMA as an individual member is $50 per calendar year, paid
to the ANSMA via our online membership form and renewed January of each year to
cover you for that calendar year.
