Our authentic Persian bread, or Barberi (نون بربری) is a traditional flat bread,
cooked with a thin crispy crust and a light airy texture. Each loaf is cooked to
a perfection in our very own wood-fired oven, adding a delicate natural flavor
and the smell of the Middle-East.

The whole baking process, from kneading the dough to packaging, is 100%
hand-made. We use only the freshest of ingredients to make our breads and NO
preservatives or additives are used in our baking.
