We get 150 mpbs down (and up!) for $59 per month. We have had only one or two minor outages over the last year both of which were only for a very short time (only a few minutes) and were resolved quickly with no need to contact Pineapple Net.Additionally, the subsidised Xiaomi RB01 AX3200 Wi-Fi 6 Router is great value for money for both the hardware and it's capabilities. This router has been very reliable with great speeds and reception. Note that you can use your own router if you prefer.For those interested I was able to successfully flash the firmware of this router to use OpenWrt v23.05.4 (an open-source router firmware project) which I have been using for several months now without issue. Even though I didn’t notify him directly about technical issues, Bob has always been proactive in following up on any problems I encounter.While I haven’t faced many issues with Pineapple, I have to say it’s one of the fastest and most convenient networks I’ve ever used. If there’s ever a problem—even if it’s not directly related to Pineapple—Bob is always eager to assist. Jerome Van R. 22 days ago This ISP is truly phenomenal not only with their service, where when they launch a new product for new customers it’s actually available for existing customers too (Where other ISPs usually limit better offers to new customers only), but also you can almost guarantee that the speed you buy is the speed you get. I often perform speed tests (see photo test taken 12pm on a Sunday on an 100 up and 100 down plan) and it’s almost always bang on with my plan. I NEVER have to wait long to get onto someone during the rare times I have to call them. Issues (which is a rare occurrence) are mostly resolved in one contact and if not, they’ll get it resolved in 24 hours if not by COB that day. They also have a referral program where you refer someone and get a month free for every person you refer. If you’re in a building/area they service, I absolutely recommend you give them a go over normal NBN companies. When you get onto them, tell them I sent you! Thanks Pineapple.
