office staff. Our assistant will ask you to fill out pertinent information on a
few forms which may be downloaded and printed here for your convenience.

Chiropractic adjustments are gentle manipulations of the spine done by the
Doctor with his hands to take the pressure off of the nerves allowing the body
to work at its optimal level.
