GETTING STARTED WITH ENTERMEDICARE!


**GETTING STARTED WITH ENTERMEDICARE!**



We work with your employer to make your transition to Medicare as seamless as
possible. Read below to learn the basics of our platform and how we can help
you:




**FIRST, LET'S GET YOU SIGNED UP!**



To explore your favorite plans, save your progress on courses (we'll get to
those in a moment), and reach out to us for help, we'll need you to sign up with
your email and create a password.






COMPLETE YOUR PROFILE



Once you're logged in, the next thing you'll want to do is complete our short
questionnaire. Make sure you have a few things ready before getting started:

Your insurance card

Your annual maximum out-of-pocket (MOOP)

Your current monthly premiums

List of your current doctors

List of the current prescription drugs you're taking


You'll start by entering your first and last name, and then we'll ask you basic
questions about your doctors, current premiums, etc. This lets us compare your
current plan to Medicare plans, and calculate the overall best plans for you
based on your needs.



You can edit you answers to the questionnaire any time by navigating to the
Profile page and selecting "Show Details" under the Personal Profile section.
Your suggested plans will be updated accordingly.






REVIEW YOUR PLANS



Once you've completed your Profile, you'll be navigated to the page where you
can compare and review plans. You can access your suggested plans any time by
clicking the "Plans" tab on the top of the page.






REACH OUT FOR HELP



We're here to help with any and every Medicare question you have!

The best way to get your questions answered is to schedule a quick call with one
of our Medicare experts. Navigate to the Contact tab (located on the top of the
page) and find a date and time that works best for you. You can also send us a
message, but we recommend scheduling a call first.



Additionally, you can send us a message any time (on any page) using our
Intercom chat box on the bottom right of every page. We usually respond within a
few minutes on weekdays.






**LEARN ABOUT MEDICARE**




WHAT ARE COURSES?



When you click the link sent to your email, you're first navigated to our
learning center. Our courses are intended to explain the different parts of
Medicare in the simplest of terms.



You can start and finish the courses in any order and they'll always be
available to you as you explore your Medicare options. Within any course, you
can skip to parts that are most relevant to you. We recommend you work through
each course from the beginning if you're completely new to Medicare and unsure
of the kind of plan you need.



Test your knowledge with short quizzes at the end of each course - you'll be a
Medicare expert in no time!



Don't forget you can reach out any time with questions - we'll get back to you
as soon as we can!
