Welcome, I’m Michelle Diniakos. I am a certified nutrition and macro coach as
well as a personal trainer. At Elevate Well, I am passionate about elevating
your lifestyle by creating healthy and lasting habits. I believe in the
importance of understanding macros and nutrition, along with implementing a
consistent fitness regimen, to create a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Whether

MY STORY



Several years ago, I reached a breaking point. I was 40 years old, was eating
“healthy”, working out daily, doing tons of cardio, and just could NOT lose the
unwanted weight. I was spinning my meals trying all the things….paleo, keto,
excess cardio…nothing was working. I was tired of feeling helpless in my
journey. I decided to hire a nutrition coach, and the rest is history. I learned
all about macros and how they play such an important roll in a balanced diet. I
learned how to fuel my body correctly and effectively, all while still eating
the foods I love. I found food freedom while losing weight and completely
changing my body. I learned the importance of NEAT and was able to cut back on
cardio. I learned how to apply progressive overload to my resistance training to
optimize my workouts and gain muscle faster. 

I decided I couldn’t keep all this amazing knowledge to myself. I went on to get
certified in nutrition and biomechanics, and have become passionate about
helping and guiding others in their health and weightloss journey. I want women
to know they don’t have to spin their wheels like I did. There is a simple and
effective solution!! Let’s work together to elevate your health and wellness
