WILL A RED LIGHT CAMERA TICKET STOP ME FROM GETTING MY PROVISIONAL LICENSE?

I recently just got a car under my name and I was on the street and I drove
across a yellow light and when I was reaching the other side the light turned
red and I got flashed but on the ticket the camera seems red and I don’t
understand how if it was yellow. Will that affect me from getting my provisional
since the car is under my name?

A red light camera ticket should not affect your ability to get a provisional
license. It does not carry points and identifies the car, but not the driver.
