My wife and myself came to Beds for Backs (after having been to other shops)
looking for purchase of a new bed ensemble due to issues with neck and back
pain.
We are very thankful that we met with customer service/sales consultant - TIBOR.
Tibor is extremely knowledgeable, patient and provided excellent customer
service to ensure that our needs and requirement with our purchases are met.

** For all those who will read this review, please make time to see Beds for
Backs if you are seeking to purchase a quality bed ensemble. You will not be

These people are money hungry and Rick will promise you the world and talk you
into the sale absolute dishonest con artist. Purchased a bed it was hard as a
rock, regretfully spent over 5000$ might as well of flushed it down the toilet!
Was nothing like in store and he was unhelpful, extremely rude and didn't want
to know about the issue, blamed me haha. I wish I never went there what a waste
of money absolute garbage it would be more comfortable sleeping on a slab of
concrete! The bed base and mattress ended up at my mums place as a gift,
otherwise would of been collected as hard rubbish where it belongs. Shop
elsewhere geeze I wish I never stepped foot in there. AVOID!

Update; 19/4/21 It feels ok for the first few nights, but it’s really not. For
the thousands of dollars it costs, you really should be sure.

My wife has been having back issues so we went out shopping for a new mattress
over the weekend. After visiting all the well-known bed stores and getting
prices, we called in to Beds for Backs in Nunawading to see what they had to
offer.

What a refreshing experience! Rick Morris was so knowledgeable and took so much
time to show us the effect a bed can have on your back. He said even if we spent
thousands of dollars on a new mattress it would not change my wife’s pain.

We appreciated Rick’s honesty and knowledge and we walked away with a plan to
alter our existing bed and we didn’t have to spend a cent! Thank you Rick for
your wonderful service.

We would recommend to anyone looking for a new bed – call in and see Rick first.
