Fatemah was suggested by a friend, a picky one, so I knew she is good. I
challenged her as I always do with people before giving them my full trust.
Questioning her choices, why this and not that, not just the basics, but also
detailed questions that should be asked. She was patient, responsive, and
detailed. When we started the search together, my wife and I were not sure which
city to buy our house in. We first wanted to stay in the bay area. She spent
more than enough time for us in that search. The city, Berkeley, then Fremont,
then south bay, and all. Things changed. We then aimed to move close to
