Not able to edit a recipient email address when correcting an envelope


One of our team members realized that she entered an incorrect email address
after she clicked Send an envelope. When she went in to correct the envelope,
the email address section was greyed out and she was not able to type in the
correct email address. Could anyone tell me why you wouldn’t be able to edit an
email address when trying to correct an envelope?

Is it possible to create a shared DocuSign account with individual logins? We
would like to create an HR DocuSign account. Several members of the HR team
would be able to access this but rather than share one login and one password we
would like individuals to have their own logins and own passwords to this shared
account. I have tried to search for information on this but no luck. Thanks in

Secretary to sign for Principal under Principal's name and direction


Is it possible for: a DocuSign envelope to be sent to a Principal (senior
employee) for signing, but copied to their Secretary the Secretary to be able to
sign the document on behalf of the Principal but under the Principal’s name (and
using their signature) For completeness, this is different to delegating
signing. I am looking for a process that replicates (in DocuSign) a situation
where a Principal authorises their Secretary to apply their e-signature to a
document for signing. Thanks.

New Paid User - Cannot Create Support Case


Hello Folks, I upgraded to a paid (standard) account today and wanted to submit
a support case. However under manage cases, I do not see an option to create a
case, instead I see the following message Your Docusign plan does not support
opening cases. Learn how to upgrade your plan to access support, or find
additional help resources in the Docusign Support Center. Isn’t standard paid
account eligible to create cases? Or am I missing something

Research if there is a different approach besides using DocuSign Monitor
(additional cost) for an Admin to receive a notification/ pull a report when a
user(s) and recipient(s) have the same IP addresses.

You took my money but didn’t explain why or what it was for. I have submitted
ticket after ticket and no repsonse. you customer service is non existent. What
is the purpose of contacting you if you never respond or return messages no
phone number no email just a form box that at certain times does not even let

Is there a way to close en envelope due to NO action in a week but with the
option of a recipient rejecting a document within that timeframe?


There are some recipients that don´t wish to interact with the envelope if they
dont need to. This means that they will only reject on same cases but dont want
to approve all the time. The closing of the envelope is important for other
processes so I want to know if DocuSign can do that.

I am the owner of the envelope and I cannot correct the envelope. I mistyped the
email of the second signer. The second party already signed so it would look
very unprofessional if I need to ask for resign. Envelope id: removed due to
personal information See attachment. When “correct” is clicked, this error
appears: “Unable to access the envelope.” Why? Please help.

Cannot submit support case


This is an urgent inquiry inside of an even more urgent problem: I am trying to
open a support case because my account is suspended and I don’t know why. It
isn’t a payment issue. However, I can’t even request to open a support case
because every time I try to fill out the summary field, it gives me the error
shown in the screenshot below. What I’ve tried: Typing in the summary manually
Copying and pasting the summary from a plain text editor Using 3 different
browsers Attempting with and without a VPN (using an IP address within the US)
Typing in all lowercase Clearing my cache Restarting my browser Restarting my
computer Nothing I do allows me to submit a valid entry to this field, and since
it is a required field, I cannot open a case without it. Has anyone else
experienced this?

How to remove "Enter your email to receive a copy" for in person signing?


Hello, I am trying to determine how to remove the optional setting for users
when they sign in-person to remove the option to enter their email to receive a
copy. We have looked into the Resource File and changed the
"DocuSign_InPersonSuppressEmailCopy" setting to True, and this seems to have
stopped the emails from being sent in these cases. However, we cannot seem to
find how to remove the HTML text (see attached). We have tried changing the
"DocuSign_HeaderStepGetCopy", "DocuSign_InPersonEmailDesc", and
"DocuSign_InPersonEmail" in the resource file to blank without any success. Any
advice or input is greatly appreciated! -Kurt Oberhausen

Resend envelope to 1 person out of 4 who has already signed


I have an envelope that was sent to 4 people for signing in a specific order.
The first person signed. The second person signed but has since told me they
made a mistake on one of the radio buttons. Can I resend it to just that second
person? When I go into the Correction screen to resend, it looks like it is only
going to send it to the people who have not signed yet.

I have a client who has checked their inbox and spam box but have not received
their document. I tried sending it to me and did not receive it either. I
contacted our IT department to see if they could find it in my email, and they
do not even see it ever being sent to me. This is an important document that I

Email Reminders for Signature Being Sent AFTER Signature Has Been Completed.


We are experiencing an ongoing issue, with multiple users, both internal and
external of our company. The issue is signers are receiving requests to sign
documents again, after they have already signed them. The issue began a couple
of months ago and is rather sporadic, but we have had more than 10 different
users report it at this point, many of which are power users who use DocuSign a
LOT. We saw the other post below describing the issue as well, but we don’t
believe users are clicking the link to trigger the new email. The users
reporting the issue are some of our biggest DocuSign users like Legal, who sign
hundreds of documents a year. We use Ariba for many of our DocuSign signatures,
but the issue isn’t isolated to Ariba contracts. We also see the issue with
manually created signature requests outside of Ariba. We tried some test
Documents to see if we could recreate the issue, but they have all worked
without duplicate emails. Is anyone out there able to confirm this behavior in

Agreements not showing online but are on the mobile app


I logged in through the online version and I see my envelopes in my dashboard
but cannot review my agreements. I have changed filters and moved through the
different folders but the do not show up. I do see all the documents on the
mobile application. I have not created any agreements using the Mobile app. I
also had the same issues with my templates and Webforms but without any
intervention they showed up after i logged off and back on

Preparing an envelope for another person to send


I have a workflow requirement where a small group (Team A) must prepare
agreements for others on Team B to send at a time of the B Team member’s
choosing. The preparers are the wizards behind the curtain, and the signers must
see the envelopes originating from a B Team member. I’m familiar with custody
transfer rules, but since this is a one-to-many relationship (one preparer, many
possible senders) I don’t see how custody transfer rules are a possibility.
These agreements are unique and won’t be using templates, so template-based
rules are not an option. And the fact that the A Team member won’t know when the
envelope should be sent really closes the door. So I think I’m down to two
possibilities. The obvious one is Shared Access with sending rights. I know how
this works but it might be too much to ask of the A Team. And B Team members
might chafe at that level of access to their accounts. The option I prefer is
only available to administrators: transferring ownership of the envelope

portal does not allow me to contact a support live agent, since it is a free
account, and since there is no payment there in the account I can not refund!
but then my Master Card says docusign inc $300 USD any idea please how can I fix
