You are entering the eCandidat application dedicated to operators, please log in
first.

Welcome to eCandidat, the application platform for training courses at
Université Gustave Eiffel (former UPEM). This concerns enrolments for the
2021/2022 academic year, for applications not covered by the Parcoursup
(Technical diploma and 1st year of Bachelor degree) and Etudes en France
(international students from partnering countries) procedures.

The applications are made through this platform only, following an entirely
dematerialized process: personal data entry, supporting document submission, and
full application submission. Applications sent by mail or email will not be
considered. You may browse through the academic programs and their application
deadlines in the "Training offer" section.

We ask you not to use email services such as Hotmail, Live, Outlook or MSN.
Their users have experienced problems regarding the receipt of email from
eCandidat. Indeed, all information regarding the following up of your
application (username, messages from the teaching staff, notice on the
candidacy, etc.) will be sent to the email address you provided. Furthermore,
please do not create multiple accounts, and only use the same account for all of
your applications.

Université Gustave Eiffel will apply a partial exemption from differentiated
registration fees for newly arrived non-EU students, so that the remaining
amount at their expense is aligned with the registration fees relating to each
diploma and set but Ministerial Order, which apply to EU-students.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) dated April 26,
2016, any of the personal data which you may submit may be exclusively used by
the departments of Université Gustave Eiffel in order to process and manage your
application. You may exercise your right of access, correction or deletion of
your personal data on legitimate grounds by contacting the data protection
officer of Université Gustave Eiffel (protectiondesdonnees-dpo@u-pem.fr). The
right of deletion can only be exercised if you revoke your application before
receiving a notice from our services (canceled or pending application).

Training courses open to professional training contracts under contract of
apprenticeship with the CFA Descartes (apprentice training center):

If your application to one of these training courses is accepted, your contact
details will be automatically transmitted to the CFA Descartes as soon as you
confirmed your application. The CFA Descartes will then support you in your
search for a contract of apprenticeship. If you wish to veto the transmission of
your contact details, you may contact the data protection officer of Université
Gustave Eiffel (former UPEM).
