Bright Spa has created a selection of luxurious spa rituals designed to relax,
restore, uplift and heal that you can enjoy at our beautiful new day spa located
in the heart of Bright.
Created by Priscilla Armstrong, Bright Spa really began back in 1992 when she
studied Remedial Massage. She then went on to explore a variety of healing
techniques both East & West and work in some of the best spas across Australia.
Priscilla's vision is really to heal. While you may come for a facial or a body
ritual, her experience in providing a luxurious spa treatment, combined with
healing & powerful products mean you will leave both pampered and renewed.
We place a lot of emphasis on wellness at Bright Spa and have curated a
selection of products, technology and treatments to help you find ultimate
relaxation and wellness. Featured brands include Comfort Zone, USPA, Leif
Products. Each dedicated to pure, clean skincare that uses the most potent of
nature and backed by science.

Shipping Policy
We ship Australia wide via Australia Post.
STANDARD SHIPPING is $12.00
Standard post is estimated at 3 to 5 business days depending on where you are
located within Australia
EXPRESS SHIPPING - $24.00
Do you need your items urgently? Express post is estimated at 1 to 3 business
days depending on where you are located within Australia
Orders received before 12:00 pm Monday to Friday will ship within 24 hours.
Orders received after 12:00 pm will ship the within the next 2 business days. No
shipping is available on Saturday or Sunday.
If you would like more accurate delivery times please refer to the Australia
Post website.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us at
relax@brightspa.com.au
This includes if the item you have purchased is damaged, incorrect, faulty or
not as expected.
We gladly offer store credit on all products returned to us within seven days of
you receiving the goods, providing they are returned in the original packaging
and have not been opened or used.
We are unable to offer refunds, exchange or replacement on items that are
returned in a non saleable condition. Products that do not have a tamper closure
are included in this category.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or store credit where goods are faulty
or are different to the item you selected when placing your order on the
website. We do not accept returns on sale items.
If the item your receive is faulty or not what you ordered, please email within
2 days of receiving your parcel. Please quote your invoice number and daytime
telephone number so that we can contact you to discuss the return and arrange a
returns approval authorisation.
Bright Spa is not responsible for individual reactions or irritations a product
may cause. Please contact us if you need any additional information to what is
available on our website before purchase.
Please return your product via Registered Post. Any items for return must be
received in the original condition they were sent; i.e. unopened boxes,
labelling and contents to be intact and in a stable condition, to Bright Spa.
We won't be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not
to insure. Returns are to be received by Bright Spa within 7 days of the returns
approval being issued and any refunds will be credited using the original method
of payment.
