She prioritizes her skills in animation, video game and education, with training in ADR, pre-lay, and self-direction. On top of her voice over career, Phebe is a casting and voice director. As a voice actress, Phebe has made a name for herself as a skilled and energetic industry professional with an indispensable passion for her craft. Phebe is equipped to understand the needs of the most discerning characters and scripts, delivering lines captivated with creativity, authenticity, and expertise. Her talent shines along with her eagerness to satisfy, with her voicing abounding amounts of characters in her career. Amongst her roles, some of her key competencies include bubbly female love interests, passive-aggressive high schoolers, and shy antisocial-social butterflies. Outside of voice acting, Phebe has many other roles in the industry. As a casting and voice director, Phebe has experience assisting clients with providing the best voice acting; both from herself and her castmates. Phebe is also the founder and coordinator of the Voice Acting+ Guild - an online community created by voice actors, for voice actors. Striving to bring voice actors together to share their knowledge and mutual passions in the industry, the VA+ Guild, established in July 2019, has benefited over 7,000 aspiring voice actors nationwide. Within that community, she also founded Very Berry Studios, a casting studio, and public roster, dedicated to helping indie developers cast remote voice talent.
