effective decision making. Being able to solve problems and act decisively is
the bedrock of successful businesses.

This training course provides senior managers and leaders with the essential
strategies, techniques and tools required for effective decision making. From
workshops on real-world business problems to interpreting intuition, this course
fortifies you against the pitfalls of poor decision-making.

OVERVIEW

Held over three days, the training programme has been designed to guide you
through the process of decision-making and problem solving. Beginning with a
reflective analysis of the skillset and mindset of strategic leadership, problem
identification and a self-assessment of your personal approach, the course then
examines the tools and techniques for mastering the decision-making process.
Covering quantitative and qualitative frameworks, alternative options and
emotional responses, the programme provides a comprehensive overview for senior
managers and leaders.

To provide a fully immersive study experience, the course is led by experts with

Sessions will be held each day, providing peer-to-peer exchanges and interactive
discussions with the subject matter experts on content, techniques and case
studies. To ensure a varied and engaging learning experience, the course will
delivered as blend of workshop activities, group exercises, presentations and
self-reflective materials.

As a CMI Level 7 course, this training is designed for individuals who are
responsible for translating organisational strategy into effective performance.
Aimed at senior managers, the course is ideal for regional, specialist, director

QUALIFICATION

This course offers participants the option to achieve a globally-recognised
Chartered Management Institute Level 7 qualification should they opt to complete
the assessment criteria.

Assessment

After attending the training course, participants can opt to complete a written
assignment of 3500 – 4000 words.  The assignment will then be graded by the CMI
and successful candidates will be awarded the Chartered Management Institute
Level 7 Award in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice.
