We are an elite youth football team competing at the national level. Based in
Wichita, KS, our program extends statewide, specializing in helping young
athletes achieve their goals through dedicated training, practice, and game-day
preparation. Our committed staff creates a safe and positive environment,
empowering Kansas youth through football. Go Hawks!
Our excellence extends beyond the field. We offer a range of programs with
experienced coaches teaching football fundamentals, while our teams also compete
in tournaments throughout the year. These events foster bonding,
character-building, and elevated gameplay experience.
In addition, we provide academic support like tutoring and ACT/SAT prep, as well
as nutrition and fitness counseling. Together, we aim to help our players
succeed in both their athletic and personal lives.

SUCCESS DOESN'T COME FROM FORCEFUL ATTACKS, BUT FROM RESILIENTLY MOVING FORWARD
DESPITE CHALLENGES.
Kansas Hawks Youth Football is a movement that empowers young athletes to reach
their full potential. We are dedicated to teaching the fundamentals of football
and sportsmanship, as well as promoting physical fitness. Our program offers a
safe, nurturing environment for kids to learn and compete. We strive to create
an atmosphere where every athlete has the opportunity to develop into a
successful leader on and off the field. With our experienced coaching staff and
positive team culture, we are committed to helping all participants reach their
goals.
We follow the Kansas motto “AD ASTRA PER ESPERA” meaning “To rise to the stars
through difficulty” and use it as a guiding light for our athletes. With our
program, kids can learn the value of hard work, teamwork, and determination –
all while having fun!

KANSAS HAWKS YOUTH FOOTBALL PROGRAM: CODE OF CONDUCT
As members of the Kansas Hawks Youth Football Program, players are expected to
meet the following standards of conduct:
1. Respect: Treat coaches, teammates, opponents, referees, and spectators with
respect at all times. Display good sportsmanship and remember football is a team
sport.
2. Commitment: Attend all scheduled practices, games, and team events. Notify
your coach in advance if you cannot attend.
3. Effort: Practice hard and play harder. Always give your best.
4. Safety: Follow safety rules and guidelines for play. Never intentionally harm
another player.
5. Honesty: Be honest with your coaches and teammates. If you're injured, notify
your coach immediately.
6. Discipline: Abide by team rules and regulations. Inappropriate behavior will
not be tolerated.
7. Accountability: Take responsibility for your actions on and off the field.
This includes following team rules, being punctual, and maintaining a positive
attitude.
8. Teamwork: Football is a team sport and success can only be achieved through
working together with your teammates. Encourage and support each other both on
and off the field.
9. Leadership: As a member of the Kansas Hawks Youth Football Program, you are
expected to lead by example. Show respect, commitment, effort, honesty,
discipline and accountability in all aspects of your life.
10. Community Involvement: We believe in giving back to our community and
encourage all players to participate in community service events organized by
the program. Let's make a positive impact both on and off the field.
11. Communication: Effective communication is key to a successful team. Keep
your coaches and teammates informed about any issues or concerns you may have.
Be open to feedback and willing to communicate in a respectful manner.
12. Sportsmanship: Respect your opponents, officials, and spectators at all
times. Remember that you are representing not only yourself, but also your team
and our program.
13. Continuous Improvement: Always strive to improve your skills, knowledge, and
understanding of the game. Take advantage of opportunities for growth provided
by the program and be open to learning from coaches and teammates.
14. Fun: While we take football seriously, it's important to remember that it's
also a game and should be enjoyed. Have fun, make memories, and build
friendships that will last a lifetime.
15. Healthy Habits: As athletes, it's important to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
This includes proper nutrition, hydration, and getting enough rest. Take care of
your body so you can perform at your best on the field. 16. Gratitude: Be

As members of the Kansas Hawks Youth Football Program, we are not only

custody of Subject and (is)(are) Subject's legal guardian(s); that during the
minority of Subject and for a reasonable time afterwards, Parents will use all
reasonable efforts to prevent Subject from attempting to or actually
dis-affirming the Injury Waiver and General Release Form signed by Subject; that
Parents hereby acknowledge that Parents have read the Injury Waiver and General
Release Form and are satisfied that it is fair and equitable for the benefit of
Subject; and that Parents will not revoke this consent and approval.
I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THIS PLAYER AUTHORIZATION,
INJURY WAIVER, AND GENERAL RELEASE FORM. THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE BINDING ON ME,
MY SPOUSE, MY CHILDREN, LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES, HEIRS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS.
