We are Spanish Lawyers, Notaries and Solicitors.

We are the only firm in the UK and in Spain of Solicitors, Notaries & Spanish
Lawyers (Abogados). We are based in England; our office is in the London West
End, near Trafalgar Square, serviced by Charing Cross, Embankment and Leicester
Square tube stations. We can also visit clients at their offices or home.

Based in London we provide Notary Services and legalisation of documents with
the Apostille. We can assist with the notarisation of documents for any country
in the world and we can draft and Notarise documents for Spain, in Spanish
language. We can also certify Legal Translations. As Spanish Lawyers (Abogados),
we can assist with Spanish conveyancing, Powers of Attorney, Spanish Wills and
Inheritance (Probate), Affidavits of Spanish Law,  Spanish
Company matters, Spanish Taxes and Litigation amongst other things. As
Solicitors in England and Wales we also deal with a range of English legal work.

Our expertise is unique.

We provide INDEPENDENT advice and assistance on English Law, Spanish Notary
Services and General Notary Services, Spanish Law and International
Law and Legal Translation Services to Private, Professional and Commercial
clients.

The founder of the firm, Manuel J. Doña Martín is qualified and practises as
a Spanish lawyer (Abogado), English Solicitor and English Notary Public. All our
lawyers and staff are bilingual and experienced in Spanish and English legal
matters. We are able to consider and advise on the implications of cross-border
Anglo-Spanish legal issues from the perspective of lawyers experienced in both
legal systems. We provide advice using terminology that can be understood by our
clients and warn them of any relevant differences between the English and
the Spanish legal systems.
